「一番商品づくり塾」でご一緒させていただいている播摩さんからお声掛けいただき、じっくりとお話をお聞かせくださる機会を得ました。
クリエーターらしい雰囲気を放ちつつ、どこか人懐っこい側面も覗かせるミステリアスな存在に興味津々だった私は、生立ち、仕事観、ご家族、この先のことを次々と質問。
2時間という枠ではとても掴みきれないほど魅力に溢れた方ですが、今日時点で抱いた人物像として敢えてまとめるとすれば、「信念、謙虚、野心、好奇心がバランス良く同居した方」。

I got a meeting with Harima-san, a member of “Ichiban Shouhin-zukuri Juku".
I’ve been interested in him so much since he shows us mysterious aspects like atmosphere as a creator and affable as well. That’s why I asked him many questions, process of growing, view regarding work, future and so on.
If I dare to analyze his figure, he is co-existed with belief, humility, ambition, curiosity in a fine balance, although he is too attractive to analyze his character in only 2 hours.

約3ヵ月振りの更新です。 「就業規則を労働基準監督署に届け出た後、本当にチェックされているのだろうか？」と思われたことはありませんか？ 此度、やっぱりちゃんとチェックはされているのだと認識できた出来事がありました。 ある事業主さまから働き方改革に合わせ、就業規則改訂のご依頼をいただき対応しました。 その際、割増賃金の計算対象に疑義はあったものの、前回届け出た際は何も指摘されなかったようで訂正を見送って届け出たのです。 すると、数ヶ月して、事業主宛てに画像のような書面が送られてきましたので、即対応支援致しました。 「見る時は、ちゃんと見るよ」というメッセージにも受け取れますね。 法改正が絡むと今の就業規則の何が合っていて不適切か判断することは難しくなりますから、迷わず専門家にご相談されてみてください。 ＜English＞ Have you ever wondered that the labor regulations are actually checked by the Labor Standards Inspection Office ? 【利用しない手はない助成金／Noteworthy subsidy】

忙しさにかまけ3ヵ月振りの更新です。 ご存知の通り、今春から働き方改革推進法が施行され、中小企業においても年次有給休暇の付与義務が課せられるなどしているとは言え、段階的に適用される中小企業においては、なかなか実感しづらい状況にあることを、顧問先経営者の言動を通して実感しています。 それを予想してか「時間外労働等改善助成金」なるものが導入され、生産性を高めながら労働時間の短縮等に取り組む事業主に対して助成されています。 中でも「団体推進コース」は、次の要件を満たすと、最高で500万円（一定要件に合致すれば1,000万円）が全額助成されるという心強い支援内容で提供されています。 ・志を同じく共同で取組みを行う最低3社が集まっている ・いずれも労働者災害補償保険の適用事業主である ・構成事業主の2分の１超が中小企業事業主である ・財政が健全で補助金の不正使用など事案がない ・事業実施計画で定める時間外労働の削減又は賃金引上げに向けた改善事業の取組を行い、構成事業主の２分の１以上に対して、その取組または取組結果を活用する あまり細かく書いてもきりがありませんから、作成した案内を掲載しますのでご覧になってみてください。 ＜English＞ As you know, “Act on the Arrangement of Related Acts to Promote Work Style Reform” which obliges SMEs duty to give annual paid leaves was enforced.
